IntroductionMixed neuroendocrine-non-neuroendocrine neoplasms (MiNEN) of the pancreas are composed of two morphologically different components, each representing at least 30% of the tumor: ductal or acinar adenocarcinoma and neuroendocrine neoplasm (NEN).
